What does PnP Kenya Limited supply?
We supply detergents, cleansing materials, hospital consumables, linen and general supplies — including office stationery and consumables, office furniture, building and construction materials, uniforms and protective gear, electrical and electronic accessories, food stuffs and cereals, and now industrial chemicals.
How do I request a quotation?
Use our Request a Quote form, email infopnpkenyalimited@gmail.com or send your list on WhatsApp to 0782 241 965. Include items, specifications, quantities and the delivery location, and attach your LPO or list if you have one.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes. We deliver around Nairobi with our own vehicles and reach major towns across Kenya through our courier partners.
Do you supply institutions, tenders and LPOs?
Yes. We work with corporate, government, healthcare and learning institutions and process orders against Local Purchase Orders (LPOs). Contact us with your tender or framework requirements.
Can you source items that are not listed on the website?
In most cases, yes. Send us the item name, brand or specification and the quantity you need, and we will source it for you as part of our general supplies service.
Do you supply industrial chemicals in bulk?
Yes. Our industrial chemicals service covers cleaning and sanitation, water treatment, laboratory and process chemicals, packed in jerrycans, drums or IBC totes. Safety data sheets can be shared on request.
How can I pay?
Payment options and credit terms are agreed when we confirm your quotation. Please talk to our team for details for your organisation.
